ClearHealth Quality Institute released draft accreditation standards for a new aspect of its Telemedicine Accreditation Program – the Telemedicine Outcomes Supplement. When finalized, CHQI’s Telemedicine Outcomes Supplement Standards will provide the first opportunity for telemedicine programs to have an accreditation agency validate the strength of their outcomes measurement programs in five key areas: access to care, clinical effectiveness, clinical experience/satisfaction, financial impact and operational benchmarks.
